Shipping policy

At Be Like Water Athletics, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates (United States)

•  Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Calculated at checkout

•  Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and do not include any customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account.

Delays

While we do everything possible to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
